This Privacy Policy explains how GogoIT, Inc. ("GogoIT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use our websites, dashboards, and software platform, including our automation systems, AI tools, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Platform.

1.1 Information You Provide
- Account and profile information such as your name, email address, password, phone number, brokerage or team name, role, and related account details.
- Billing information such as billing name, billing address, and payment status. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Content and assets you upload such as photos, logos, headshots, brand elements, intro and outro assets, marketing preferences, prompts, and other files you add to the Platform.
- Voice and audio data if you enable narration or voice features, including voice recordings or voice samples you provide.
- Support communications including messages and files you send to us by email or through in-app support.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and referral URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security, analytics, and improving the Platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may limit functionality.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
Depending on which features you use, we may receive limited information from:
- Payment providers for subscription status, invoices, and payment confirmations.
- Connected platforms and integrations you authorize for scheduling or posting, such as account identifiers and authorization tokens.
- Data providers you connect, subject to your permissions and agreements.
- Infrastructure and processing providers that help deliver AI generation, voice narration, rendering, storage, and delivery.
2. How We Use Information

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform, including account setup, authentication, storage, and delivery
- Generate content you request, including scripts, captions, voice narration, thumbnails, and video outputs
- Schedule and deliver content through integrations you choose

- Improve and secure the Platform, including debugging, monitoring performance, and abuse prevention
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
2.1 AI and Automation
When you use AI or automation features, we process your inputs (for example, prompts, business descriptions, preferences, and other data you provide) to generate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publishing.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:
3.1 Service Providers
We share information with vendors that help us run the Platform, such as hosting providers, storage providers, analytics and monitoring tools, AI and voice processing providers, customer support tools, and payment processors. These providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to us.
3.2 Integrations You Choose
If you connect Third-Party Services, we share information as needed to perform actions you request (for example, scheduling a post). The third party’s use of your information is governed by their policies.
3.3 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms.
3.4 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups and security logs. Retention may vary by plan features and system requirements. After cancellation or termination, we may retain information for a limited period and then delete it in our discretion unless legally required to retain it longer.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
